Mini-Hypervisor Milestone 2013/07/13

The job is too trivial to debug!!!

Now the VM can run and the VMCALL can call to vmx_entry and get the right VMEXIT reason. But calling to printf in VM fails and the VM blocks in someplace I don't know.
